Refund

We offer a full refund on any order with a proven manufacturing defect or printing error. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Email ali@nowgiveaways.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description. Our team will review and process your refund within 5 business days.

If the defect is confirmed on our end, we’ll refund both the product cost and any shipping charges. Otherwise, no refund will be made.

Delivery

For in‑stock, non‑custom items: 3–5 business days. For custom‑branded products: 7–10 business days after artwork approval.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS, depending on your preference.

  • Absolutely. You can collect your order from our warehouse in Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad by appointment—simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Shipping & Returns

We ship via Daewoo, TCS, M&P, Air Cargo, and select regional carriers to ensure timely, reliable delivery across the Pakistan.

Custom‑branded items are eligible for return only if there’s a defect. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery to qualify for return and replacement.

Contact us at ali@nowgiveaways.com with your order details and defect photos. We’ll send a prepaid return label and arrange either a replacement or refund.

Payment

We accept payments in cash and bank transfers.

  • New Clients: 75% deposit upon order confirmation, 25% balance due before shipment.

  • Returning Clients: 75% deposit upon order confirmation, 25% balance due before shipment.

Yes, rush orders incur a 15% expedite fee on top of standard product and shipping costs. Please request rush pricing when you place your order.
